Attendees - Abhineet, Aryamman, Dhriti, Kartik, Shaashvat, Suchet
Decisions taken
- Controlling the spin coater motor directly with I2C commands rather than a driver.
- @Suchet Gopal will do this
- Mostly using a pico
- Spin Coater should be capable of taking in an entire recipe and executing it.
- Ellipsometry can be used to measure how good of a job we made.
- Whether we want to use vacuum for spin coater or not?
- Multiple designs discussed
- Final decision after meet with Waterloo guy - Do not use vacuum for proto 1.
- Will probably use something like 2 way tape weakening it a bit.
- MVP for Litho
- Exactly what the OSU guys did - project an image through a microscope onto a wafer.
- Will borrow a microscope from Abhineet’s friend.
New Ideas
- Prof Veeresh- create a single box system, to spin coat, bake and do lithography.
- This can be given to many colleges all over India.
- Can be considered in the future- will be hard engineering wise - one step at a time.
Logistical Stuff
- Figure out what is the update on lab space.
- Running out of notion(switch to git?)
Task Allocation
Suchet - Spin Coater Electronics
